Alesha Arp is a senior user experience researcher whose work has informed the design of software platforms, digital and physical spaces, and business processes. At MIND Research Institute, she spends hundreds of hours each year observing and interviewing students and educators about their experiences with education technology. She also studies the challenges of implementing edtech in conjunction with basal curriculum in classrooms where priorities are many and the instructional hours limited. A high-energy and engaging presenter, Arp has spoken at Big Design Conference, World IA Day, and the Information Architecture Conference 2019. Arp earned her master's in user experience design at Kent State and her bachelor's at San Diego State University.
